چکیده
The Ising machine is an unconventional computing architecture that can be used to solve NP-hard combinatorial optimization problems more efficiently than traditional von Neumann architectures. Fast, compact oscillator networks provide programmable connectivities among arbitrary pairs of nodes are highly desirable for the development practical oscillator-based machines. Here we propose using electrically coupled array gigahertz spin Hall nano-oscillators realize such a network. By developing general analytical framework describes injection locking oscillators with large precession angles, explicitly show mapping between oscillators' properties and model. We integrate our model into versatile Verilog-A device emulate dynamics in circuit simulators. With this abstract model, analyze performance network at level conventional electronic components considering phase noise scalability. Our results design insights analysis tools toward realization CMOS-integrated operating high degree time, space, energy efficiency.

متن کاملCoherent Ising machine based on degenerate optical parametric oscillators
A degenerate optical parametric oscillator network is proposed to solve the NP-hard problem of finding a ground state of the Ising model. The underlying operating mechanism originates from the bistable output phase of each oscillator and the inherent preference of the network in selecting oscillation modes with the minimum photon decay rate. Computational experiments are performed on all instan...

Due to their nonlinear properties, spin transfer nano-oscillators can easily adapt their frequency to external stimuli. This makes them interesting model systems to study the effects of synchronization and brings some opportunities to improve their microwave characteristics in view of their applications in information and communication technologies and/or to design innovative computing architec...
متن کاملFractional synchronization of spin-torque nano-oscillators.
We experimentally demonstrate a series of fractional synchronization regimes (Devil's staircase) in a spin-torque nano-oscillator driven by a microwave field. These regimes are characterized by rational relations between the driving frequency and the frequency of the oscillation. An analysis based on the phase model of auto-oscillator indicates that fractional synchronization becomes possible w...
